Femi Adewole

Femi Adewole is a housing and infrastructure-finance professional and architect. He is a former Managing Director of Family Homes Funds and previously served as Director of Business Development and Operations, and later Acting Managing Director, at Shelter Afrique. His earlier work in the United Kingdom spanned development, investment and operations within major housing associations.

That career has placed him between the ambitions of housing developers and the disciplines of institutions that finance delivery. His work has covered affordable-housing programmes, developer and construction finance, mortgage access, public-private implementation and the mobilisation of institutional capital—including capital-market funding for housing.
