Medical Doctor, Lawyer, Entrepreneur, Former Acting Commissioner for Health, Ondo State; Co-Founder & Chairman, Nibanola
In this conversation
Dr Jibayo Adeyeye, Esq. is a medical doctor, lawyer, public servant and entrepreneur. He served as Majority Leader of the Lagos State House of Assembly and later as Special Adviser on Health and Acting Commissioner for Health in Ondo State. He is also Co-Founder and Chairman of Nibanola Motherland Resort & Golf.
His experience crosses public governance and private enterprise. Nibanola grew from an agricultural operation into a wider agro-tourism and hospitality destination, giving him the perspective of a founder building a long-horizon, asset-based venture while navigating institutions, land, operations and the public-private interface.
For “The Cost of Being Un-Bankable,” he brings a view shaped by law, public administration and enterprise building rather than by lending alone. His voice helps the room consider how governance discipline, institutional relationships and execution credibility affect the journey from an entrepreneurial vision to an organisation that capital can understand and trust.
