Pastor Segun Oduyebo

Pastor Segun Oduyebo is a development and human-capital practitioner, mentor and institution leader. He leads Destiny Development Initiative and Destiny Equip Network, and serves as Senior Pastor of Great House Christian Center. His work spans leadership formation, youth development, counselling, mentoring and community building.

Across those roles, he has worked with the human systems beneath institutions: how people take responsibility, how leaders form others, how culture is sustained and how organisations move beyond dependence on a single personality. His experience is rooted in building mission-driven organisations and preparing people to carry responsibility across sectors.

That perspective matters to “The Cost of Being Un-Bankable” because financeability is not only a technical question. It is also shaped by leadership capacity, accountability, organisational systems and whether a founder-led enterprise can become a durable institution. He brings those questions into a room otherwise focused on capital and project delivery.
